What's the difference between the Stage 1 and Stage 2 systems?
The Stage 1 system has a mono channel amp for the subwoofers, and lets the head unit power the rear speakers, and door speakers. This produces the following output
Subs – 300 Watts
Door speakers – 15-25 watts (depending on head unit)
Rear speakers – 15-25 watts (depending on head unit)
The Stage 2 system uses a 5 channel amp, that powers the entire car. The head unit only supplies pre-amp outputs to the system. We pair this system with different door and rear speakers, which are able to handle more power.
Subs – 300 Watts
Door speakers – 65 watts
Rear speakers – 65 watts
The Stags 2 kit is available as a DIY kit (all the pieces are there, but you have to assemble everything) or, a plug and play system, where everything including the wiring is pre-assembled, and just needs plugged in. no cutting, splicing, or chasing wires around.
