Miata BP Engine Stand Adapter

This engine stand adapter is designed specifically to fit the 90-05 Mazda BP engines. It is designed to allow access to the rear main seal while the motor is on the stand. You can also easily use bore gauges on the rear bearing journals. A hole even allows removal and installation of new oil galley plugs! The stand mounts the motor lower down, closer to the center of the engine, so it is easier to turn the engine over. Also, this mount is designed to work with the Miata transmission bolts—so no more searching high and low for hardware to mount the engine. If you spend a lot of time working on your engine, this is the stand for you! Works with most engine stands. Mounting shaft is 2.375” diameter.
